Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing strategic IT solutions and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with business goals
- Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide expert advice on IT infrastructure and software development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT environments and recommend improvements
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT consulting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and recommend optimizations
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT consulting
- Contribute to the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Have extensive experience in IT consulting with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure software development and system integration
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional development
Certifications Required
PMP ITIL or relevant IT consulting certifications
