Overview
Archer Professional Services is focused helping customers across all industries achieve a return on their investment in Archer’s products, through the end-to-end delivery of consulting and technical solutions, and by supporting and enabling Archer’s partners to deliver their solutions.
Reporting to the Archer Professional Services Manager for India COE, this role is dedicated to the Archer product suite. The role requires a strong Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) focus. The successful candidate will work as a consulting team member in the configuration of technical Archer software solutions for our customers within the Archer Professional Services team. In relation to Archer customer projects, this may include services as listed in the Key Responsibilities below.
The role is based in Bangalore, India, however some travel may be required from time to time if customers are based in other locations outside of Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on-site or remotely to deliver Archer enterprise solutions to our customers.
- Represents Archer in a professional manner to customers, partners and other personnel at all times.
- Implement, integrate, and test Archer solutions, including installation, product configuration, and deployment of Archer through traditional and modern software lifecycles.
- Assist in capturing and documenting the customer’s business processes and functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Assist in detailed design of Archer-based solutions that meet the business requirements and constraints.
- Assist with transitioning solutions to business-as-usual operations, including change management, knowledge sharing, documentation, issue resolution, and post-deployment support activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Archer services portfolio, underlying technologies and delivery methodology.
- Achieves and maintains Archer Administrator I and II Certification.
- Provide consulting services to customers and partners on Archer products and solutions.
- Performs knowledge transfer sessions or end user train-the-trainer training to customer representatives.
- Assist from time to time with services pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and assisting with statements of work and document templates.
- Maintains effective time recording and management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps Engagement Managers informed of activities, alerting them of any issues Internal Use promptly.
- Establish good relationships with technical counterparts in Archer, and in our customers’ and partners’ organizations.
- Maintain an active knowledge of current industry trends and new technologies.
