Head of Channel & Distribution (India) – BluAI

Location: India (Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad preferred)

Experience: 10–15 years in ERP/HRMS/IT Distribution

Function: Channel Expansion • NMD Acquisition • Reseller Ecosystem

Type: Full‑time

BluAI (Goblu.ai) is an AI‑native ERP & HRMS platform built for SMEs across India and the UAE. We're now scaling nationally through a National Master Distributor (NMD) model — and we're hiring a leader to build and run this engine.

What You'll Own

  • Build BluAI's India channel from the ground up
  • Appoint 3–5 National Master Distributors (NMDs)
  • Recruit and activate 500+ resellers across India
  • Drive channel revenue, territory planning, and partner governance
  • Lead city roadshows, partner events, and reseller onboarding
  • Enable partners with training, demos, and sales playbooks

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years in ERP/HRMS/IT distribution
  • Strong network of resellers/distributors (Tally, Marg, Busy, ZKTeco, CP Plus, Hikvision, Zoho/Odoo partner ecosystem)
  • Proven experience building channel ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and event execution skills
  • High ownership and comfort with travel
