BluAI (Goblu.ai) is an AI‑native ERP & HRMS platform built for SMEs across India and the UAE. We're now scaling nationally through a National Master Distributor (NMD) model — and we're hiring a leader to build and run this engine.
What You'll Own
- Build BluAI's India channel from the ground up
- Appoint 3–5 National Master Distributors (NMDs)
- Recruit and activate 500+ resellers across India
- Drive channel revenue, territory planning, and partner governance
- Lead city roadshows, partner events, and reseller onboarding
- Enable partners with training, demos, and sales playbooks
What You Bring
- 10–15 years in ERP/HRMS/IT distribution
- Strong network of resellers/distributors (Tally, Marg, Busy, ZKTeco, CP Plus, Hikvision, Zoho/Odoo partner ecosystem)
- Proven experience building channel ecosystems
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and event execution skills
- High ownership and comfort with travel
