This opportunity is designed for professionals from US/International Collections who are looking to transition into a B2B Inside Sales, revenue-driven role involving outbound calling, solution pitching, and sales conversions.
Role Overview
As a Sr. Collections Specialist US Process, you will leverage your experience in handling US clients, negotiations, and revenue pressure to identify, qualify, and convert B2B sales opportunities. You will engage with business decision-makers, understand their needs, and drive conversions through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US business decision-makers
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Pitch solutions and value propositions effectively
- Drive appointments, follow-ups, and sales conversions
- Handle objections and negotiations with confidence
- Share proposals and solution decks as per requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, pipeline, follow-ups, forecasting)
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to meetings, conversions, and revenue
Candidate Profile (Must-Have Non-Negotiable)
- 36 years of experience in US / International Collections (Night Shift)
- Exposure to B2B or high-value international accounts
- Excellent spoken English (neutral or American accent preferred)
- Strong confidence in interacting with US stakeholders (Managers, Directors, CXOs)
- Proven ability to work in target-driven / revenue-focused roles
- Strong skills in objection handling, negotiation, and follow-ups
- Willingness to work in US night shift (Monday to Friday)
Candidates with only domestic or non-US experience are not suitable for this role.
Preferred Background (Good to Have)
- Experience in settlement / retention in international collections
- Exposure to US B2B Inside Sales or appointment setting
- Background in SaaS / Tech / Consulting voice processes
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
