Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Cloud Support Engineer based in Bengaluru India .The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting cloud-based systems, providing technical support to resolve user issues, managing and maintaining system infrastructure, ensuring platform security, and optimizing networking configurations. The role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices, along with strong problem-solving and automation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3 to 6 years of experience working with large-scale distributed systems, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, schedulers, operating systems, and Kubernetes.

Proficiency in Go, Python, or other relevant programming languages, with hands-on experience building automation tools and GenAI-driven solutions.

Strong expertise in troubleshooting and rapidly debugging complex issues in distributed systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in high-pressure environments while consistently driving results.
