Sr Cloud Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-performance digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve platform reliability.
• Ensure high scalability, resilience, and availability of digital banking applications.
• Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Java development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Experience working with databases (NoSQL and/or Relational).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multi-directional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a plus.
