This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, is for a Senior Client Servicing Executive in Digital Marketing. The role centers around managing and building strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and handling project budgets and timelines, all while consistently driving client success.

• Proven expertise in Client Services and a deep understanding of client relationship management
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of Finance to manage project budgets and financial reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic on-site environments
• Prior experience in digital marketing or advertising industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
