Key Account Management: Manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, builders, government departments, PMC, and electrical contractors.
Sales and Commercial Activities:
Order Management: Ensure order log-ins are processed according to company policies.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with logistics teams to track order progress and communicate updates to customers.
Account Management: Regularly review statements of accounts for assigned channel partners and address any discrepancies promptly.
Channel and Dealer Management:
Channel Development: Expand market presence by effectively managing and growing the distribution network.
New Channel Appointments: Identify and appoint new channel partners and dealers in the assigned geography.
Channel Engagement: Work closely with existing channel partners to drive additional revenue and support them in achieving sales goals.
Channel Communications: Ensure all communication reaches the channel partners in a timely and effective manner.
Retail Support: Provide retailing support to drive business growth within the channel.
Local Product Promotions:
Promotion Execution: Ensure local promotion plans are executed according to schedule while adhering to brand guidelines.
Dealer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with dealers, electrical contractors, and other key influencers to drive product visibility and sales.
Trade Visibility: Ensure proper display of signages, brochures, price lists, and display boards at channel and dealer counters to boost product visibility.
Market Share Growth: Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve market share within the assigned territory.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Significant experience in sales, account management, or related fields. Experience in distributor and channel management is a plus.
Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA/PG is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and commercial acumen to effectively interact with customers and partners.
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, revenue forecasting, and commercial strategies.
Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and partners in a highly matrixed environment.
