About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business
Development Representative/Manager to drive new business opportunities in the UAE Region. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities across the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B inside sales, prospecting, and solution selling, with the ability to build a strong pipeline through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE region.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the sales or leadership team.
- Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

The role will focus on generating opportunities across the Middle East and UAE Region
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
- Experience targeting international markets (preferably Middle East / UAE).
- Strong expertise in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in UK / US shift timings.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong research skills to identify and approach potential clients.
Inside sales professionals typically generate opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach while qualifying prospects and maintaining a pipeline for the sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT Services / Digital Services / Technology Solutions.
- Exposure to international B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools.
