Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, creating and pitching tailored proposals, leading negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions. The position also involves market research, identifying industry trends, and devising innovative strategies to expand Silver Stem Communications client base and footprint in the events industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in event management, marketing, or related fields
  • Strategic thinking and ability to craft tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding business portfolios
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in or knowledge of the event management industry is a strong advantage
  • Corporate Events Experience in Mandatory
  • Good Link in Corproate Companies, CXO, HR, Decision makers
