Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and driving new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in formulating and implementing strategies to identify growth opportunities and achieve organizational goals.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the CCTV, Surveillance, or Security Systems industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and expanding our presence across Mumbai and Thane regions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong background in Business growth and strategy execution
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in business development or sales roles are only preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in CCTV, surveillance, and security solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, banks, builders, system integrators, and channel partners
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and solution discussions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM reports
  • Experience with Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proven ability to meet goals and thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 47 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Mandatory experience in CCTV, Surveillance, Security Systems, or Electronic Security industry
  • Strong understanding of CCTV cameras, VMS, monitoring services, and security solutions
  • Proven ability to close B2B deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ready to travel within Mumbai, Thane, and nearby regions
  • Immediate Joiners are preferred.
