Job Description:
Blazewell Events is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional with strong experience in experiential marketing. The role involves driving new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in experiential marketing
● Draw fresh business opportunities with existing clients by proposing relative marketing opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies
● Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming business opportunities
● Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
● For senior profiles: mentor junior BD team members and support strategic planning and key account growth
Required Skills & Experience:
● 8–15 years of Business Development experience in experiential marketing / events
● Strong exposure to corporate events, exhibitions & trade shows, brand activations, retail branding, live Shows and store launches
● Proven track record of closing deals and managing key accounts
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Strong industry network preferred
