Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sr Business Development Manager for an on-site role at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Key responsibilities include researching prospective clients, creating compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales: Proven skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and lead generation.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic plans and perform market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in creating and delivering impactful presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple client accounts and working collaboratively across teams to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as FMCG, textiles, real estate, and more is highly advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive and Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet targets, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, and a commitment to delivering measurable results.
