Qualifications:
Overall work experience 5 to 10 years
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the renewable energy or related industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Understanding of solar energy technologies, particularly PV tracker systems, is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting, and reporting tools
Ability to analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is advantageous)
Willingness to travel within the region, as needed
Proactive mindset with a strong drive to deliver results and exceed targets
