Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Schbang. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, confident presenter, and a natural deal-closer with experience in the advertising, digital media, or creative agency ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating impactful pitches, and converting prospects into long-term clients through compelling storytelling and solution-led selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through inbound and outbound channels including emails, calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Create and deliver high-impact client presentations and pitches that effectively showcase Schbang's creative, digital, and brand solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales conversations from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across industries.
  • Understand client business challenges and recommend advertising, creative, and brand-led solutions.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and pitch decks.
  • Follow up on leads consistently and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure steady business growth.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have

  • 24 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within an advertising, digital media, or creative agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven experience in closing deals and bringing in new clients.
  • Hands-on exposure to inbound and outbound sales (emails, calls, follow-ups, pitch meetings).
  • Strong understanding of advertising agencies, creative solutions, digital marketing, and brand-building services.
  • Confident, vibrant personality with a client-facing mindset.
  • High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
