Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end business development.
  • Lead inside sales efforts including cold calling, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Position and sell Design or IT services including website development, product engineering, dedicated engineering teams, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Lead proposal discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with business targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transition and long-term client retention.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT Services / Design Services Sales.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end B2B sales i.e., from lead generation to closure.
  • Strong experience in inside sales, outbound lead generation, and cold calling.
