Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Growth & Business Development Associate to support business growth by managing leads, engaging prospective clients, and driving deals to closure. This role requires a consultative, detail-oriented professional who can work with an elite client base and manage the sales process end-to-end.
The role involves close coordination with advisory, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth client journey, from initial interaction through onboarding. Prior experience in B2B or relationship-led sales environments is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on inbound and outbound leads through structured conversations.
- Shortlist and qualify leads based on eligibility, requirements, and overall fit.
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure
- Engage with an elite, high-value client base in a professional and advisory-led manner
- Coordinate sales operations including scheduling calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely completion of forms, documentation, and onboarding requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deal progress
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover post-closure
- Develop and manage school partnerships to drive lead generation, collaborations, and long-term business growth

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and client-handling maturity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience and Qualification
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or growth roles
- Experience working with premium, high-ticket, or relationship-driven sales preferred
- Exposure to sales operations and Zoho CRM system is mandatory
- Proven experience working with HNI and VHNI clients in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment.
