Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Sr Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring high-quality requirements analysis and solution delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
- Ability to analyse data models to deliver logical conclusions
- Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
- Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
- Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops
Mandatory Skills
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Should have advanced technical skills & Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE)
- MBA or equivalent business/analytics background
- Certifications in Business Analysis such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in technology and systems analysis.
Good To Have / Preferred
- Exposure to government, public sector, or large ecosystem programs.
- Experience in cross-functional and multi-team environments.
- Familiarity with process modelling, workflow documentation, and business intelligence tools.
