Sr Lead Business Analyst - SAP IBP

Your Job:

• Lead the business process design for SAP solutions in supply and demand planning to streamline supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and support in configuring SAP IBP modules.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's supply chain capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Should have relevant 10+ years of experience.
• Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on deploying SAP IBP and other planning applications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in supply chain planning.
