Sr Business Analyst - QA

Job Description: Business Analyst - QA (Airline Domain)

We are looking for a Business Analyst professional with 6+ years of experience in QA and Angular web applications to support implementation, validation, and production support for airline solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment and validation of e-Retail/RefX products across desktop, KIOSK, mobile apps, and chatbots
• Coordinate with customers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Functional validation during implementation and cutover
• Prepare and maintain technical/business documentation
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and support production (PTRs/CRs)
• Work in Agile/SAFe Agile environments and manage SDLC activities

Key Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years in Angular coding/Automation QA
• Strong in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, NgRX, RXJS
• Airline domain experience (Reservation / GDS / DCS) mandatory
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good to have: Responsive & accessibility development, Azure experience

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / PhD in CS, CE, or equivalent.
