Job Summary

As a Sr. Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Workday systems focusing on Finance HCM and Payroll modules. With 8-12 years of experience you will analyze business needs design solutions and ensure seamless integration within our hybrid work model. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation contributing to our companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed requirements for Workday Finance HCM and Payroll modules.
  • Design and implement Workday configurations and customizations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Workday solutions to ensure accuracy reliability and performance before deployment.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday modules with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Workday features.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and business operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  • Support the hybrid work model by ensuring remote access and functionality of Workday systems.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Workday Finance HCM and Payroll modules with proven implementation experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have a deep understanding of HR and financial processes and their integration within Workday.
  • Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
