Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will excel in requirements gathering lifecycle management and agile requirements management with a strong background in Salesforce administration. Responsibilities
- Lead the process of gathering and documenting business requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the entire requirements lifecycle management to maintain consistency and traceability throughout the project phases.
- Provide expertise in agile requirements management to facilitate efficient and adaptive project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure the most critical needs are addressed first.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders.
- Ensure that all requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the development team.
- Monitor and track the progress of requirements implementation to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce administration skills to configure and customize the platform according to business needs.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving any ambiguities.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of requirements to accommodate any changes in project scope or objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented solutions on business operations and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in requirements gathering and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in agile requirements management methodologies.
- Have a strong background in Salesforce administration and customization.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Show ability to analyze and prioritize complex requirements.
- Display expertise in conducting workshops and facilitating discussions.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Certifications Required
