Primary skill ISO, IFRS compliance reporting (P & C insurance domain) & Business Analysis
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- 6+ years of experience is a must on US P&C Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting, IFRS compliance reporting etc.
- Insurance policy and claims system experienced.
- Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills.
- Good knowledge on SQL database to analyze policy and claims data.
- Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation.
- Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.
Job Requirements
- Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues.
- Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
