REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!!!!!!!!
5+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment including both IT and business personnel
1-2 years of process improvement experience, especially experience that leverages technology as part of the solution.
2-3 years experience developing user requirements and functional specifications for data, analytics, or data science solutions
Experience with Life Sciences related business process domains, such as R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain is beneficial
Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
Ability to identify issues, independently resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex issues to a higher level
Understanding of the data analytics offerings applicable to the business when assisting in the design of solutions
Has knowledge of and utilizes software lifecycle methodologies
Experience working in Agile methodology
Strong Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication
