Job Description: Sr. Brand Solutions Strategist

Purpose of the Role
The Sr. Brand Solutions Strategist will play a key role in shaping and executing brand communication strategies across digital platforms. This role requires strong client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in content planning, ideation, and execution. You'll work closely with account planning, creative, and design teams to deliver relevant, insight-led campaigns that drive measurable brand success.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Account Planning team to devise effective, insight-driven campaign strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters, addressing concerns and requirements efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records, including tracking finances and budgets for assigned brands
- Synthesise information across teams while optimising internal systems and processes
- Brainstorm and contribute to brand communication strategies and campaign ideas
- Share creative inputs and support ideation for ongoing and campaign-led content
- Create monthly content calendars based on approved strategies
- Develop concepts and write copies for daily hygiene and BAU (Business-As-Usual) content
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to clients and management on account performance
- Conduct daily research on social media platform updates, trends, and best practices along with Junior Brand Solutions Strategists
- Translate platform trends into actionable creative inputs for design and creative teams
- Present ideas and strategies to clients confidently with minimal supervision
- Adhere to client timelines and ensure delivery of high-quality work
- Demonstrate strong consumer understanding to create relevant, engaging content
- Maintain Job Status Reports (JSRs) to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution across teams
