Experience

Total experience of 6-10 years of experience in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD with minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM Manager or Assistant Manager.

Key Focus

We are seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Manager and 6-10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading BIM implementation across projects, ensuring adherence to standards, and driving collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in data center and commercial projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  1. Define and implement BIM vision, execution plans, standards, and protocols across projects.
  2. Drive adoption of BIM technologies and workflows to achieve organizational goals.
  3. Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for BIM-related matters.
  4. Team Management & Mentorship
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop BIM teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  6. Allocate resources effectively and oversee workload distribution among BIM modelers.
  7. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and collaboration platforms.

  • Project Oversight & Coordination
  1. Oversee model coordination efforts across disciplines, ensuring clash-free and constructible designs.
  2. Review client-provided LOD 300/350 models and guide teams in developing shop drawings and LOD 400/500 deliverables.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs aligned with project milestones and client expectations.

Key Focus

  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management
  1. Establish and enforce quality control processes for BIM models and data.
  2. Identify risks and discrepancies in BIM deliverables, implementing corrective actions proactively.
  3. Maintain compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Collaborate with project stakeholders to address BIM-related concerns and provide innovative solutions.
  2. Present BIM strategies, progress reports, and model outcomes to clients and senior management.
  3. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  1. Evaluate emerging BIM tools, platforms, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  2. Champion digital transformation initiatives, including integration with platforms like BIM 360, ACC, Procore, and Aconex.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes to deliver cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.

Functional Competencies

  1. Exp. In Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360
  2. Create 3D models and 2D Designs
  3. Exp. in LOD400 and 500 model of Data Center (good to have)

Skill:

  1. Clash detection and resolution.
  2. Software skills required in Autodesk Revit MEP or Electric (Must), Navisworks, AutoCAD
  3. Knowledge of Data center, Autodesk build, Collaboration Pro (Good to have)
  4. Good communication skills
