Our BIM goal is to achieve well-coordinated auto-generated BIM models and construction drawings through extensive modularization in design and parametrization of base models.

Job Description:

• To provide guidance to respective BIM Models with project design information and clash resolutions.
• To ensure completeness and accuracy of all BIM Models as per the project plan and keep the project
• team informed with all discipline specific BIM Matters
• To strictly adhere to the BIM Standards and workflows set by the BIM Manager.
• To coordinate all updates for individual models based on the design coordination and review meetings.
• To navigate, review and manipulate 3D coordination models during the design review meetings.
• Review and understand the BIM requirements of the models they are authoring for the project.
• Create and edit project models and for their organization in accordance with project BIM requirements,
• company standards and industry best practice.
• Enter the applicable content and data for model components in accordance with the project BIM
• requirements, company standards, industry best practice and the directions of their BIM Manager with
• respect level of development (LOD) requirements.
• Ensure that model component data is correctly entered.
• Ensure that models are created in accordance with the project BIM requirements, company standards,
• industry best practice and the directions of BIM Manager.
• Communicate issues with models to BIM Manager.
• Create any parametric based Revit family as required by the organization.
• Make the model parametric and dynamic by using programming tools such as Dynamo/C#.
