Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high-value real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and proven leadership skills to successfully drive projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee architectural design for residential and commercial developments
- Develop innovative concept designs aligned with project goals and brand standards
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to the architectural team
- Promote innovation and sustainable design practices across projects
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
- In-depth knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
