Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with expertise in OPT, H1B Transfers, GC, and US Citizens marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of US IT staffing processes.
Job description:
- Market OPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen consultants to direct clients and preferred vendors.
- Develop relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to place bench consultants.
- Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to hiring managers, vendors, and staffing agencies.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with vendors and clients.
- Maintain a database of potential job openings and match consultants accordingly.
- Ensure prompt submissions of consultant profiles for client requirements.
- Follow up with clients and vendors on interview status and onboarding process.
- Stay updated with the latest visa regulations, immigration policies, and market trends.
- Looking for someone aggressive, a Team Player, and well aware of the technologies in the market.
- Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Should have a Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing), Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Experienced with the End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and follow-up. Must be independent and a self-starter, and have high risk-taking capabilities.
- Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep them updated on a daily basis regarding the marketing.
- Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients. Coordinate with the Internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor Requirements.
- Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled, and Placements done.
- Looking for Onsite. Night Shifts only.
