We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the full cycle of marketing and placing our bench consultants in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Bench Sales Recruiter - 3-12 yrs exp
  • No of positions - 10
  • Location - Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)
  • Notice Period: Immediate
  • Night Shift - EST/CST

Responsibilities:

  • Actively market and place available bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizens) with prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Develop new contacts and build a strong network of Tier-1 vendors/clients through cold calling, job boards, and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
  • Source requirements for consultants from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and your established vendor contacts.
  • Provide regular updates to consultants on the status of their submissions and any feedback received from vendors.
  • Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and manage the full placement cycle from submission to closing the deal.
  • Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with consultants to understand their needs and provide project updates.
  • Track and maintain a comprehensive database of submissions, interviews, and placements in an internal CRM/Excel.
  • Ensure daily submission targets and monthly placement goals are consistently met
  • Maintain a database of client requirements, consultant profiles, and sales activities for future reference and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate vendor needs and competition.

Requirements for the role:

  • 3-12 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
  • Experiences in handling H1 Transfers, OPT, H1B, GC and US Citizen visa consultant on Bench.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US IT staffing industry, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Must be target-driven, a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive night-shift environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with vendors.
  • A self-motivated, disciplined approach with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding daily submission targets and monthly placement goals.
  • The ability to manage multiple candidate profiles without compromising quality or deadlines is crucial.
