Position : Sr.Backend Development

Work Mode : 5.5 Days WFO

Responsibilities:

Design and code right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.

Drive best practices and engineering excellence.

Work with other team members to develop the architecture and design of new and current systems.

Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software.

Own continuous improvement and fine tuning of API performance, scalability and security.

Must-haves:

Top notch-programming skills in Core Java.

Good understanding of OOPS concepts.

Good knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB, SQL queries.

Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API, web services development & integration that includes long running orchestration services, API gateways.

Experience implementing services with modern authentication using OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT

Experience or Knowledge to distributed Caching solutions such as Redis/Memcache

Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, etc.

Basic knowledge of agile ways of working.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents and articulate technical challenges and solutions.

Passionate about helping teams grow by inspiring and mentoring engineers.

Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.

Strong desire to build, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

Nice-to-haves:

Springboot, spring, hibernate knowledge is preferable.

NodeJS knowledge is preferable.

Integration with the UI layer (HTML, Angular/React).

Experience in cloud (AWS).

Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.

Qualification & Experience:

8+ years experience in Java, Spring.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
