Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Lead test automation strategy and mentor junior team members in best practices and automation standards.
Work closely with software developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automation into the development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Automate repetitive or manual processes across development, deployment, and monitoring environments.
Drive quality through continuous testing, reporting, and proactive issue detection.
Analyze automation results and contribute to debugging and root cause analysis.
Identify opportunities for optimization and scalability in automation architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in automation development or software test automation.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Shell.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, or Playwright.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, test methodologies, and QA processes.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
