Job Description

Client Engagement & Business Development



  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic and financial matters.


  • Support the Partner in origination efforts by preparing pitch materials, identifying opportunities, and participating in client meetings.


  • Drive client discussions, understanding their objectives and aligning advisory solutions accordingly.



Deal Execution (M&A & IPOs)



  • Lead execution of live M&A and IPO mandates, coordinating across stakeholders including clients, legal advisors, consultants, and regulators.


  • Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring, while reviewing and refining work prepared by junior team members.


  • Manage preparation of key transaction documents such as information memorandums, investor presentations, and IPO offer documents.


  • Engage with institutional investors, PE/VC funds, and strategic acquirers during marketing and roadshow processes.



Leadership & Team Management



  • Supervise and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.


  • Drive efficiency in workflows, review deliverables, and provide guidance on complex analyses.



Strategic Advisory & Market Insights



  • Advise clients on market trends, valuation benchmarks, regulatory environment, and potential transaction structures.


  • Provide insights on sector-specific developments in TMT, FIG, and asset-heavy industries, identifying potential opportunities and risks.

The Successful Applicant



  • Educational & Professional Background: MBA/CA/CFA with 3-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to IPOs and cross-border M&A.


  • Transaction Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead deal execution end-to-end, including valuations, financial modeling, drafting transaction documents, investor interactions, and regulatory processes.


  • Client Orientation: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage senior stakeholders, and contribute to origination efforts.


  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with TMT, FIG, and asset-heavy sectors such as real estate and industrials, with an ability to quickly grasp sector-specific dynamics.
