Role Description
The Sr. Associate - Utility is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities of the role include overseeing and maintaining utilities across the facility, monitoring and managing energy and resource usage, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations, and addressing any facility-related issues or breakdowns promptly. The individual will also collaborate with various teams to ensure the optimal functionality of day-to-day operations within the facility.
Qualifications
- Skills in facility management, utility maintenance, and energy optimization
- Experience with compliance monitoring and working with regulatory standards
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to address operational challenges collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, on-site environments
- A technical diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in facility management and utility operations is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role within retail, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is an advantage
