JOB PURPOSE
To execute, ensure & monitor smooth traffic flow, security arrangements, infrastructure development and safety & security in the Airport road network and assets of Aero-city in close coordination with Stakeholders for efficient & safe passage, passengers and all others using the IGI road network as well as the GMR Aero-city. Also, responsible for coordinating the implementation of security measures in Landside in accordance with the legal provisions and instructions issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Delhi Police and Traffic Police from time to time. T o ensure highest level of competency of security personnel, to coordinate with stakeholders, implement instructions of regulatory authority and ensure serviceability of security equipment for safe & secure environment on Landside area of IGIA.

To act as shift-Incharge and accountable manager for the effective CCTV monitoring cell in his respective shifts No of non-compliance
Briefing and de-briefing to team at the time of change of shift No. of briefings
Live Monitoring of Landside area to ensure smooth traffic movement. Notice the observations and informed the concerned team for necessary action
Informing to all Sr. Officials and Vertical Heads of S&V Department in case of any fatal incident/accident reported at the landside area
Ensure preserving the CCTV Footage of all the incidents/accidents for Post incident enquiries and records
Ensure efficient monitoring is taking place through CCTV Cameras by CCTV Operators
Coordinating with Landside Operational Team, Cargo Security and any other agency to seek necessary information of any incident/accident in their area or to enquire any case
Coordinating with Engineering and IT Team for early rectification of faulty equipment and CCTV cameras
Live monitoring of access control at VIP parking and other vital installations at landside area of IGIA
Regular monitoring through CCTV of entire Landside area and identify the hot-spots. Generate report for pre and post incident enquiries

Education Qualifications
- The incumbent should be a graduate (in any Discipline).
- Desirable- Trainings like Basic AVSEC course and Traffic safety management course etc.
- Qualification in Road Engineering and Traffic Management
Relevant Experience
- Total relevant experience of 7 years out of which, at least five years should be in security.
- 5 Years experience in supervisor role in any security organization.
- Individual with back ground of uniformed services and aviation security will be preferred.
- Must be in possession of valid Driving License and must know four wheel driving .
