Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management Office (PMO) practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving project success through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of PMO methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation in accordance with PMO standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and project alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status reports to management.
- Implement PMO best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Support the development of project management training and mentoring programs for team members.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams successfully.
