We are seeking a motivated Sr. Associate IS Voice Engineer to join our team in India. This role involves designing and maintaining voice communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain voice communication systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on voice technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) or similar systems.
- Knowledge of telephony hardware and software integration.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and IP networking concepts.
- Familiarity with call center technologies and solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize voice traffic and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
