Job Description

Designation : Sr Associate - Implementation

Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon

Working Hours : UK Hours

Relevant Experience : 8 - 12 years

Role Purpose: To be part of a dedicated Product Consulting team to implement new and supplement existing business initiatives.

Required Qualification: Engineering or IT Degree

Mandatory

1. Engineering/IT/MBA Degree.

2. Experience in product consulting and project management/stakeholder management preferably at one of the Big 4 consulting firms.

3. Basic knowledge of SQL scripting.

4. Good understanding of Capital Markets / Asset Management Operations / Investment Banking.

Added Advantage 1. Financial certification or knowledge of Mifid II regulations.

Deliverables and Tasks:

1. Take handover from the Sales team to initiate product implementation - run the project from inception to delivery, maintain project plan, action log, risk log, etc.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for the business heads of our clients (Asset Management firms and CSA Brokers) during the implementation phase and run weekly project calls.

3. Understand the buy-side and sell-side business and assess their needs. Map their business requirements to the software product.

4. Customize the software as per client needs, perform gap analysis and suggest solutions.

5. Perform demos and trainings to hand over the product instance to clients.

6. Work with the Product Management Team to build a roadmap for enhancements and new functionalities which contributes towards the stability and vision of the product based on the feedback from the end-users and studying the industry trend.

7. Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Support and Testing teams to deliver the product as per client expectations - ensure a delightful user experience with the product.

8. Create user guides for clients to explain product usage and functionalities.

9. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve Data/Application errors reported by clients.

10. Utilise the product support and change management processes effectively.

11. Implement changes and improvements to the procedures and processes to cope with a rapidly evolving system.
