We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Associate II in Software Engineering to join our Digital Health team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a passion for creating innovative solutions in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications for digital health solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement software features.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and propose enhancements to existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in software development, preferably in the healthcare domain.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
