Key Responsibilities:
- Intergenerational Mediation: Facilitate smooth working relationships between different generations within business families.
- Succession Planning: Assist in planning and executing succession strategies to ensure seamless transitions.
- Drafting (i) Wills, Trust Deeds, Family Settlements and (ii) Family Constitutions: Collaborate with families to draft comprehensive family constitutions that reflect their values and governance structures.
- Setting Up Family Offices: Provide guidance in establishing family offices to manage family wealth and business interests.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts within family businesses, ensuring all parties feel heard and respected.
Essential Qualities:
- Good Listener: Ability to actively listen and understand the concerns and aspirations of family members.
- Patience: Exhibit patience in dealing with complex family dynamics and prolonged discussions.
