Key Responsibilities
Production Monitoring:
Manage and respond to Datadog and Azure alerts to ensure system uptime and performance.
IT Change Management
Oversee US IT changes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and minimizing system disruptions.
Security And Compliance
Analyze and address vulnerabilities as identified in NIS Vulnerability Reports and NGC Action Reports.
Conduct SRT scans and collaborate on penetration testing (PenTest) efforts to enhance system security.
Manage and secure secrets using Azure Key Vault.
Infrastructure Management
Utilize Azure Resource Management and Azure DevOps for efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate and optimize processes.
Service Management
Use ServiceNow for incident management, problem resolution, and change tracking.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Azure Resource Management and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Azure Alerts.
Familiarity with security practices, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Understanding of IT change management processes.
Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Azure or other relevant DevOps certifications.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
