Sr Associate Business Analyst

Key Deliverables:

• Gather and refine user stories, epics, and non-functional requirements for Veeva Vault CTMS
• Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning aligned with product and engineering objectives
• Ensure clear traceability between business needs, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Support CTMS integration with internal Amgen systems through structured process documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Veeva teams and system architects to align product vision with delivery
• Maintain validated documentation, configuration logs, and release artifacts
• Translate complex clinical and technical needs into agile deliverables
• Participate in PI planning and UX alignment for seamless end-user experience
