Job Description-
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and MSTest.
Design and implement performance tests using JMeter to assess system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Manage the release regression testing process to ensure smooth and timely software deployments.
Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Use Git for version control and maintain organized and efficient code repositories.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices in test automation and performance testing.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in team meetings, provide updates on testing progress, and report on testing metrics.
Required Skills And Experience
Proven experience in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and MSTest.
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
Proficiency in C# programming language and xPath for test automation.
Experience with SQL for database verification and testing.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.
Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in team management and leadership roles.
