About the Role

Della Townships is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural 3D Modeler / 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in large-scale township developments and luxury residential projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating detailed physical and/or digital architectural models and high-end visualizations for premium real estate developments.

This role requires deep understanding of township layouts, luxury residential design, landscaping, infrastructure elements, and presentation-quality visual outputs suitable for investors, marketing, and international consultants.


Job Expectations:

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Modeling & Visualization
. Develop highly detailed 3D models for large-scale townships, luxury villas, high-rise residences, amenities, and landscape areas.
. Create photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
. Produce macro-level township massing models and micro-level architectural detailing.
. Develop concept models for master planning presentations.

2. Township Model Development
. Translate master plans, zoning layouts, and infrastructure drawings into 3D formats.
. Create scale models representing:
. Road networks
. Land-use distribution
. Clubhouses and amenities
. Landscape and open spaces
. Water bodies and infrastructure elements
. Coordinate with Master Planners and Architects to maintain design accuracy.

3. Luxury Residential Visualization
. Create high-end exterior and interior visualizations for luxury villas and residences.
. Develop faade studies, material boards, lighting studies, and realistic environment settings.
. Deliver marketing-grade visuals for brochures and investor presentations.

4. Coordination & Leadership
. Coordinate with:
. Head Architect
. Master Planning Team
. Landscape Consultants
. International Design Consultants
. Marketing Team
. Guide junior 3D modelers and visualizers.
. Review and ensure quality control of rendered outputs.

5. Software & Technical Expertise

Proficiency in:
. SketchUp / Revit / Rhino (Modeling)
. 3ds Max / Lumion / Twinmotion / V-Ray / Corona
. AutoCAD
. Photoshop / Illustrator
. Basic animation tools for walkthroughs

Candidate Profile
. 6-10+ years of experience in architectural 3D modeling & visualization.
. Must have worked on:
. Luxury township projects
. Large-scale residential developments
. Gated communities / integrated developments
. Experience working with international consultants preferred.
. Strong understanding of township scale, proportions, and infrastructure detailing.
. Excellent eye for luxury aesthetics, materials, lighting, and landscaping.
. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
. Strong presentation and communication skills.

Educational Qualification
. Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.
. Specialized certification in 3D visualization is an added advantage.
