10+ years of proven record as an Senior Architect with a reputed firm on mid to large scale projects required

Projects experience - Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitals etc.

Location - Gurugram, India

Candidate will be taking complete architectural project leadership in the planning, design, drawings and detailing, coordination with consultants and vendors for Healthcare , housing, industrial, commercial, residential and other sectors.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch).

Proficiency in, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, SketchUp, required.

1. Design Skills - Candidates must have good design, conceptualization and translation adeptness with proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D Max,Lumion, Revit Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and other advanced software required

2. Presentation Skills - Should have excellent design presentation/ communication skills -Oral, written, graphics, illustrations, 3d views, styles etc.

3. Drawings/ Documentation quality & standards - Advanced knowledge and experience of drawing quality standards as per codes(NBC, bye laws, architecture standards etc.), govt. norms, and industry practices - both submission and construction drawings.

Good understanding of BOQ/ estimate to be able to review QS works.

4. Teams Collaboration - Liaise with internal and external team/ associates for timely and accurate work deliveries.

5.Site Management - Regular site visits to review work progress as per drawings, identifying gaps in documentation delivered, further drawings needed on site, giving impromptu decisions on site as required.
