Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Architect for the Real Estate Industry to prepare comprehensive area and financial feasibility reports and manage projects from municipal approval to execution. You will be responsible for overseeing various types of development schemes, preparing different types of drawings, and coordinating with multiple consultants. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, professional licensure, and proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Revit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Feasibility & Planning: Prepare comprehensive area and financial feasibility reports. Plan and execute strategies for various development schemes, including redevelopment, SRA, and mixed-use developments.
  • Design & Documentation: Prepare various drawings, including Municipal Drawing, Working Drawing, presentation drawing, and Elevation making. Review and approve drawings to ensure they do not impact architectural finishes or functionality.
  • Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, etc.). Ensure the issuance of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings that are aligned with municipal approvals.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to design specifications. Ensure the accuracy of and monitor the inspection and verification of Setting Out Drawings and points at the site.

Skills Required

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Professional licensure as an architect.
  • Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in design, planning, and execution of real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of various development schemes (e.g., 33(7), 33(9), 33(10)).
