Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Architect based in Mumbai. The Sr. Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, overseeing the integration of diverse structural and MEP components, and managing projects from conception to completion. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within set timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and regulations.
• Good at sketching and quick visualization.
• Proficient in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients, consultants, and internal teams effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup.
• Relevant certifications and experience in sustainable or green building practices are an advantage.
