Sr Architect

Role Description

• Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
• Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Review and approve construction documents and specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical and design issues.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Skills in Project Management and overseeing construction projects
• Familiar with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural tools
• Knowledge in urban planning and landscape designing is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
