Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Power Automate and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing automation solutions using MS Power Automate Azure Power Automate and UiPath. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts and no travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automation solutions using MS Power Automate and Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and RPA solutions to optimize operational workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Oversee the integration of Azure Power Automate and UiPath technologies to ensure seamless automation across various platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders on best practices for Power Platform and automation development.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all automation projects to maintain data security and integrity.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions using Power VA and Azure Power Platform to address complex business challenges.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the successful deployment and integration of automation solutions within the existing infrastructure.
- Document all automation processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Automate and RPA technologies to continuously improve automation strategies.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in MS Power Automate and Power Platform development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Power Automate and UiPath technologies.
- Have a strong understanding of RPA solutions and their implementation.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
