Role: Sr. Apex Developer (Fixed Income Trading Systems)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Apex Developer to support and enhance critical Fixed Income trading platforms, working closely with Front Office, BAU, and project teams across Repo and Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain services on the Apex trading platform aligned to Repo and SBL priorities
- Deliver end-to-end STP trade flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide L1 & L2 production support for trading platforms (Repo, SBL, TRY)
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Apex-related incidents in a time-sensitive environment
- Participate in BAU and regulatory-driven projects (e.g., SFTR, MiFID II)
- Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready code
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (TDDs, TDOs)
- Coordinate with project teams for production releases and deployments
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience supporting Fixed Income trading desks within investment banking
- Strong expertise in Apex Toolkit API (minimum 2 years)
- C++ proficiency is mandatory
- Solid understanding of Repo, SBL, derivatives, trade lifecycle, pricing, and booking
- Experience with FIX protocol and messaging formats
- Exposure to Linux environments and application infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience with Apex Loanet Interface (ALI)
- Familiarity with Google Unit Testing frameworks
